Masonry
A family tradition dating to J.W. Benson’s masonry business in 1946. Our commercial masonry experience includes medical, office, retail, and community projects, with attention to detailing and coordination with architects and general contractors.
Materials include concrete masonry units, brick veneer, brick pavers, and precast stone. From carefully matched additions to detailed façades, we bring craftsmanship to every course.
Interior Renovations
Make more of the space you already have. We renovate and retrofit existing commercial facilities through demolition, reconstruction, masonry rehabilitation, drywall installation and finishing, and painting.
Our renovation experience includes coordinating heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical updates. Whether repurposing an interior or adding to an existing facility, the work is planned around the building’s function and applicable code requirements.
Real Estate & Development
Support through construction and beyond. Depending on a project’s ownership and needs, our construction management services include documentation, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor coordination, supervision, billing, and job costing.
Building management can include routine maintenance, inspections, building systems, exterior cleaning, and upkeep of parking and lighting. We work with owners to develop a maintenance plan suited to their property.
